A few weeks ago, we held our 2010 sales and marketing planning meeting. To an outsider, this may look akin to watching paint dry, but here ideas are born or dashed, sliced, diced and made into useable plans.

"I want a budget to have my crew to be able to travel around the reservation gathering stories from the community." Done. Next?

In a short amount of time, we were able to dissect our obvious targets for new sales and create a strategy to support our new retailers as they come onboard.

For us, this next year represents a perfect storm of timing, experience, and even history to take Tanka products to unprecedented levels. Care to come along for the ride?
