Simple egg scramble using Tanka Bars
great for a quick, healthy meal

2 eggs
1 T of coconut oil
Two green onions, chopped
Two Slow Smoked Original Tanka Bars, cut into smaller pieces
Salt and pepper to taste
*optional: your favorite hot sauce

Warm coconut oil in a skillet. Toss in the green onions and saute until slightly soft. Add the eggs and scramble together with salt and pepper. Let the eggs only cook half way then add the Tanka so everything cooks together to bring out the flavors. Serve with hot sauce of your choosing but a good smoky AND spicy one is awesome. Add a side of fruit (berries) to round out your healthy breakfast or brunch! I also eat this for dinner sometimes.
