Annual Oglala Lakota Veterans Pow Wow in Pine Ridge brings color, tradition to reservation

Although stormy conditions dampened the second day of the 25th Annual Oglala Lakota Veterans Pow Wow in Pine Ridge, SD, participants and attendees enjoyed gorgeous weather on the last day.
